- This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, limit value of energy efficiency, energy saving evaluation value and test method of double-capped fluorescent lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as double-capped fluorescent lamps). This standard applies to the following two types of lamps: preheated cathode lamps that work on AC power lines with a starter and can work on high frequency lines, and preheated cathode lamps that work on high frequency lines.
