- Scope
- This regulation is applicable to generator furnaces, water gas furnaces, semi-water gas furnaces, blast furnaces, coke ovens, vertical continuous carbonization furnaces, converters and other gas in the factory area of industrial enterprises and the pressure is less than or equal to 12×105Pa (12.24kgf /cm2) of natural gas (not including mining and off-site transmission and distribution), the design, manufacture, construction, operation, management and maintenance of production, recovery, transmission and distribution, storage and use facilities, etc. This regulation must be implemented, and relevant current national standards, regulations and norms should also be followed. This regulation does not apply to urban gas main pipes, branch pipes and garden pipe networks, pressure regulating facilities, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.
