Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, welding processes and welding safety protection for tungsten arc welding (TIG welding) of ferrous-nickel copper pipes. This standard is applicable to butt welding of iron-nickel copper pipes with wall thickness ranging from 1mm to 6mm and nominal diameter ranging from 10mm to 700mm.
