Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method for 16 polyaromatic hydrocarbons in shoe materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (see Appendix A) in shoe materials such as leather, rubber, plastics and textile materials.
