This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the determination of dimethomorph residues in exported foods. The first method of this standard is suitable for the detection and confirmation of dimorpholine residues in onions, garlic, spinach, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, apples, citrus, pork, pig liver, beef kidney and milk. The second method is suitable for snow peas. Detection and confirmation of morpholine residues in cabbage, fresh wasabi, radish, dehydrated onions, dried ginger, rice, kidney beans, core picks, Pu'er tea, pork, and honey.
