- Scope
- This standard specifies the instruments, test procedures and analytical methods for the determination of fat solubility of solid and liquid substances. This standard is applicable to the determination of the lipid solubility of pure substances and solid and liquid substances that are stable and non-volatile at 50°C for at least 24 hours. This standard is not applicable to the determination of fat solubility of natural fats, oils and substances that react with triglycerides.
