Scope

This part of SN/T 3306 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method for detecting toxin-producing Vibrio cholerae in suspected samples, environmental water and other samples at border ports. This section applies to the screening and detection of toxigenic Vibrio cholerae at border ports.
