- This part specifies the service quality requirements when carrying out telecommunications network video surveillance services, including general description of the service, user experience requirements, business service quality requirements, system architecture requirements to ensure service quality, and requirements for the bearer network, etc. This standard applies to video surveillance services carried out by telecommunications networks. The telecommunications network in this standard refers to the public telecommunications-level communication network based on packet switching. The service quality requirements specified in this section are mainly for video surveillance systems based on wired network access.
