- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of automobile electronically injected gasoline engine gasoline filter assemblies. This standard applies to gasoline filter assemblies (hereinafter referred to as assemblies) for automotive electronically injected gasoline engines with a volume flow rate below 3.5L/min (210L/h), including spin-on and other forms of assemblies.
