Scope

This standard specifies the code, marking, basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging of recrystallized silicon carbide thermocouple protection tubes. This standard applies to recrystallized silicon carbide thermocouple protection tubes with a surface temperature not higher than 1500°C (hereinafter referred to as thermocouple protection tubes).
