Scope
This standard specifies the code, dimensional specifications, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon oxide bonded silicon carbide plates. This standard applies to silicon oxide bonded silicon carbide plates with an operating temperature not higher than 1 400°C.
