Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of free amino acids in rice wine using phenyl is thiocyanate (PITC) pre-column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to aspartic acid (Asp), glutamic acid (Glu), serine (Ser), glycine (Gly), his idine (His , arginine (Arg), and γ-aminobutyric acid in rice wine (Gaba), threonine (Thr), alanine (Ala), proline (Pro), tyrosine (Tyr), valine (Val), methionine (Met), is leucine (Ile) ), leucine (Leu), phenylalanine (Phe), tryptophan (Trp), lysine (Lys), a total of 18 free amino acids, the amino acid detection limit is 1.0mg/L.
