Scope

This Japanese Industrial Standai'd specifies a tolerance system for ISO metric trapezoidal screw threads (Tr) specified in JIS B0216-2. The limit of size according to this Standard does not apply to trapezoidal screw threads with special requirements on axial displacement, for example, lead screws.
