- This standard specifies the sampling and sampling requirements, detection methods, and judgment principles for apple virus detection. This standard applies to apple mosaic virus (ApMV), apple chlorotic leafspot virus (ACLSV), apple stem pox virus (Apple stem virus) in virus-free native apple trees, virus-free seedlings and apple plants. Detection of pitting virus (ASPV), apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), and apple scar skin viroid (ASSVd).
