Scope
This standard specifies the ion chromatographic method for the determination of fucose, arabitol, trehalose, mannitol, mannose, glucose, galactose and ribose in edible fungi. This standard is applicable to the determination of fucose, arabitol, trehalose, mannitol, mannose, glucose, galactose and ribose content in edible fungi. The detection limits and sample quantification limits of edible fungi samples in this standard are shown in Table A.1.
