Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, determination and disposal of hazardous chemicals and poisons for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of imported and exported hazardous chemicals and poisons (see Appendix A for the list of poisonous goods), excluding poisonous goods transported in bulk and pipelines.
