Personnel using this standard should have relevant inspection or testing experience. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to adopt appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations. Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, determination and disposal of hazardous chemicals with high flash point and flammable liquids for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of imported and exported hazardous chemicals with high flash point flammable liquids (see Appendix A for the list of high flash point flammable liquids), excluding flammable liquids transported in bulk and pipelines.
