Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection procedures, determination and disposal of hazardous chemicals and toxic gases for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of toxic gases in imported and exported hazardous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of toxic gases), excluding toxic gases transported in bulk and pipelines.
