Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of propylene units in ethylene-propylene copolymers imported and exported using infrared spectroscopy. This standard is applicable to the quantitative testing of propylene units in imported and exported ethylene-propylene copolymers with a propylene unit content (mass fraction) between 82% and 96%.
