Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for liquor enterprises’ production process safety, warehouse, workshop and wine storage tank area safety, production site safety, production equipment and facility safety, safety monitoring and management information system, production safety management, accident emergency rescue and accident handling. This standard applies to liquor production enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises"). Liquor manufacturing enterprises and other alcoholic beverage enterprises restricted by traditional techniques may refer to and implement this standard.
