The strong acid used in this standard is corrosive, so inhalation or skin contact should be avoided when using it. If it splashes on your body, wash it immediately with plenty of water. If serious, seek medical advice immediately. This standard specifies the method for the determination of total iron content in properly treated recycled water, mainly domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. This standard is applicable to the determination of iron concentration range from 0.01mg/L to 5mg/L. When the iron concentration is high pressure 5mg/L, the sample can be appropriately diluted before measurement. This standard also applies to the determination of soluble iron content in recycled water.
