Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial lightweight magnesium oxide. This standard applies to industrial light magnesium oxide obtained by calcining basic magnesium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide. This product is mainly used in industries such as plastics, rubber, telecommunications, cables, dyes, greases, glass ceramics, rubber tires, adhesives, leather tanning and fuel alum inhibitors.
