Scope

This section specifies the barium sulfate gravimetric method for the determination of barium content in silicon-barium alloys. This section is applicable to the determination of barium content in silicon-barium alloys with strontium content ≤0.20%. Determination range (mass fraction): 2.00%~40.00%.
