- This standard specifies the basic requirements for infiltration and flushing of civil aviation fuel facilities and equipment (hereinafter referred to as facilities and equipment), as well as the requirements for facility and equipment inspection, infiltration, flushing and recording files. This standard applies to the infiltration and flushing of newly built, renovated, expanded or newly purchased facilities and equipment for civil aviation fuel.
