- This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design and hygienic evaluation of completed acceptance of newly built, renovated, and expanded centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places (hereinafter referred to as centralized air-conditioning systems). This standard is applicable to centralized air-conditioning systems in public places that have been put into operation. The hygienic evaluation of centralized air-conditioning systems in other places shall be implemented with reference.
