Scope

This standard stipulates that laboratories should have testing capabilities and other conditions when handling major public safety incidents caused by hazardous chemicals. This standard is applicable to the laboratory capability confirmation of entry-exit inspection agencies at all levels in emergency testing of major public safety incidents caused by entry-exit hazardous chemicals.
