This standard specifies the method for the determination of arsenic, antimony and mercury content in leather by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of arsenic, antimony and mercury content in leather. The lower limits of determination of arsenic, antimony and mercury are 0.25mg/kg, 0.25mg/kg and 0.02mg/kg respectively.
