Scope: This specification stipulates the requirements that must be met for the energy measurement work of key energy-consuming units, as well as the procedures and methods for energy measurement review of key energy-consuming units. This specification is applicable to the review of the energy measurement work of key energy-consuming units by the government measurement administrative department. The review of non-key energy-consuming units can be carried out by reference.
