Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of highly weather-resistant polyester outdoor fabrics. This standard applies to fabrics for outdoor products with high weather resistance produced by weaving and finishing polyester as the main raw material. Other highly weather-resistant polyester fabrics for outdoor products can refer to this guide. This standard does not apply to coated fabrics.
