Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the content of trace metal elements in high-purity alumina powder using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). This standard applies to calcium, chromium, copper, iron, lanthanum, magnesium, manganese, nickel, silicon, titanium, vanadium, yttrium, and zinc in high-purity alumina powder (alumina content ranges from 99.9% to 99.999%) Analysis and detection of the content of 14 elements such as , zirconium and so on. The measurement range is shown in Table 1.
