Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the content of doping elements and trace elements in barium strontium titanate using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). This standard applies to materials prepared with Ba and SrTiO as the matrix and doped with various elements, as well as corresponding powder materials. Doping elements and trace elements include 13 elements including aluminum, bismuth, calcium, iron, lanthanum, lithium, magnesium, manganese, niobium, antimony, silicon, samarium, and yttrium. The detection ranges of 13 elements are shown in Table 1.
