Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of gas turbine generator sets for communications (hereinafter referred to as units). This standard is applicable to communication backup power supplies with gas turbines as prime movers and generator sets with power ranging from 500kW to 10,000kW.
