- This part of YS/T 581 specifies the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (pressing) method for the determination of fluorine, aluminum, sodium, silicon, iron, sulfur and phosphorus (respectively F, Al, Na, SiO, FeO, Methods for elements such as SO and PO). This section is applicable to the determination of fluorine, aluminum, sodium, silicon, iron, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements in aluminum fluoride. The measurement range is shown in Table 1.
