This standard applies to intertidal and subtidal tidal flat wind farms and offshore wind farms in offshore wind farms. This standard specifies the design principles, design methods and technical requirements that should be followed in the construction organization design of offshore wind farms. This standard is applicable to the preparation of construction organization design during the feasibility study phase of new and expanded offshore wind farm projects. The construction organization design documents for the pre-feasibility study stage, bidding and construction design stage of the offshore wind farm project can be prepared as a reference.
