- This standard specifies the on-site inspection and laboratory testing and identification of Fusarium oxysporum race 4 [Fusariumoxysporum f.sp. Cubense (EFSmith) Snyder&HansenRace4]. Results Based on the colony characteristics and host range on Komada's improved medium, the methods of on-site inspection, laboratory identification and strain preservation were clarified. This standard is applicable to the detection of Fusarium wilt race 4 during the growth period of bananas (including bananas, plantains, pink bananas and other susceptible varieties of Fusarium wilt race 4).
