Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation principles, calculation methods, statistical scope, and energy-saving management and measures for the production energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of magnesium smelting (silicothermal method). This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of silithermal magnesium smelting process products, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
