Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product (referred to as energy consumption) limit for the production of carbon black for rubber processing (hereinafter referred to as carbon black). This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of enterprises using "oil-oil" furnace method, "oil-gas" furnace method and gas furnace method to produce carbon black, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
