Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limit for the production of industrial glacial acetic acid by carbonylation method, alcohol oxidation method and ethylene method. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of enterprises producing industrial glacial acetic acid products by oxo synthesis method, alcohol oxidation method and ethylene method, as well as the energy consumption control of newly built devices.
