- This standard specifies the RT-PCR, immunomagnetic bead RT-PCR and real-time fluorescent RT-PCR detection methods for tomato spotted wilt virus. This standard is applicable to the detection of tomato spotted wilt virus carried in living plant materials including seeds, seedlings and vegetative propagation materials, as well as in virus-transmitting media.
