Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, quality certificate and contract (or order form) content of spherical solder powder. This standard applies to spherical solder powder obtained by processing cast tin-lead solder and lead-free tin-based solder as raw materials.
