Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the flight environment measurement, telemetry data processing, and analysis report format of the launch vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the rocket) during the active phase flight of the satellite-rocket interface. This standard applies to the data processing and analysis of the telemetry results of the flight environment of the Star-Array interface.
