Scope

This part of GB/T 29268 specifies the requirements to be evaluated: -- availability of samples consistent with the Standard Interchange Format (SIF); -- availability of samples consistent with SIF when interchanged; -- and Availability of samples consistent with SIF and related to proprietary data formats; - SIF interoperability performance obtained by quantifying cross-product performance as opposed to single product performance; - Consistent with one or more SIFs Availability of multi-sampling and multimodal data; -- Interoperability of biometric capture devices (BCD). In addition, this section:--Includes the establishment of a set of procedures to achieve interoperability;--Defines the procedures for testing interoperability using the above-mentioned devices;--Gives a test procedure for measuring interoperability performance. This part is applicable to the test method of technology and scene evaluation of multi-supplier biometric identification system, whose biometric data is consistent with the data format of the exchange format standard. In addition, this section: -- cannot establish conformity testing for biometric data exchange formats; -- cannot provide testing procedures for online data collection.
