Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy consumption statistical scope, energy conservation management and measure. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption quotas of existing enterprises that use sulfur, non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas, pyrite, etc. as raw materials to produce industrial sulfuric acid products, as well as the control of energy consumption quotas for market access of new sulfuric acid projects.
