Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (referred to as energy consumption) limit for the production of solid diammonium phosphate fertilizer per unit product. This standard applies to enterprises that use sulfuric acid, phosphate rock, and ammonia as raw materials to produce phosphoric acid by dihydric, semi-hydric, and semi-hydric-dihydric processes, and to produce diammonium phosphate by traditional methods and slurry methods. Calculation, control and assessment of energy consumption, as well as energy consumption control of new projects. This standard does not apply to diammonium phosphate produced from purchased commercial phosphoric acid; nor does it apply to diammonium phosphate produced from monoammonium phosphate.
