This standard specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (referred to as energy consumption) limit for the production of solid ammonium phosphate fertilizer per unit product. This standard is applicable to enterprises that use sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and ammonia as raw materials to produce phosphoric acid by dihydric, semi-hydric, and semi-hydric-dihydric processes, and to produce monoammonium phosphate by traditional methods and slurry methods. Calculation, control and assessment of energy consumption, and energy consumption control of new projects. This standard does not apply to monoammonium phosphate produced from purchased commercial phosphoric acid, nor does it apply to the production of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate with phosphoric acid and ammonia as raw materials.
