- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and contents of packaging, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificate, instruction manual and contract (or order form) for zinc powder. This standard applies to metallic zinc powder produced by distillation, atomization, and electrothermal reduction methods using metallic zinc or zinc-containing materials as raw materials. It is mainly used in metallurgy, paint, dyestuff, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
