Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of methiocarb and its metabolites (methiocarb sulfoxide and methiocarb sulfone) residues in exported grains. This standard is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative determination of methiocarb, methiocarb sulfoxide and methiocarb sulfone residues in exported rice, corn, glutinous rice, barley and wheat.
