- Scope
- This standard specifies a general method for the determination of trace sulfur compounds represented by sulfate radicals in industrial chemical products - reduction and titration methods. The standards for chemical products for which this method may be used should specify methods for treating the specimens to convert the sulfur compounds into sulfates, and any modifications that may be required to the general operating procedures may be made if necessary.
