- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of solar lawn lights. This standard applies to solar lawn lamps with a solar cell power equal to or less than 4 W under standard test conditions. Other solar lighting devices used outdoors with a solar cell power equal to or less than 4 W can be implemented as a reference.
