- This standard specifies the testing items, testing instruments, load-carrying capacity testing, test data processing, evaluation methods, classification criteria, determination of testing and evaluation cycles, scrapping criteria and detection of oil drilling rigs, workover rig derricks, base bearing capacity testing and derrick classification. Preparation of assessment reports. This standard applies to derricks and bases for oil drilling rigs and workover rigs; derricks and bases for other petroleum operating machines can also be implemented with reference.
